OnlySeeker does not produce, host, or distribute sexually explicit content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The Service functions solely as an information location tool that provides hyperlinks and publicly available metadata to third-party platforms.

OnlySeeker is not a party to any transaction, subscription, payment, or agreement between you and any third party you may access through the Service. Any financial, personal, or contractual interaction you may have with third parties is conducted solely between you and that third party, at your own risk and responsibility.

• Reproduce, distribute, or store copyrighted content from OnlyFans creators
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

Creator profile information displayed on OnlySeeker is aggregated from sources that we reasonably believe to be publicly available. If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without authorization, please refer to our DMCA Policy.

If you are a creator and wish to have your profile removed from OnlySeeker, you may request removal by contacting us at support@onlyseeker.io. We will process your removal request as soon as reasonably practicable, typically within 5 business days.

Please include your OnlyFans username and a link to your profile so we can verify your identity and process the request promptly.

• The safety, security, or outcome of any transaction, payment, or communication conducted with any third party

OnlySeeker does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any creator profile, third-party content, or external website accessible through the Service. You access third-party websites and interact with third parties entirely at your own risk.

No fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or other special relationship is created between you and OnlySeeker by your use of the Service.

Any financial loss, fraud, impersonation, or harm suffered in connection with a third party — including but not limited to third parties falsely claiming affiliation with OnlySeeker — is solely between you and that third party. You acknowledge and agree that OnlySeeker is not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any third-party website, content, service, or transaction.

14. Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered under the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

OnlySeeker does not operate accounts on Telegram, Instagram, X (Twitter), Discord, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform or social network, and does not initiate direct messages or solicit personal information from users through any channel other than the official email address.

OnlySeeker does not accept, collect, or process payments from users through any channel whatsoever — including email, website, social media, messaging platforms, or any third-party service. Any request for payment, in cryptocurrency or any other form, that claims to be from OnlySeeker is fraudulent by definition, regardless of where or how it is communicated.

You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from OnlySeeker. Any account, channel, website, or individual claiming affiliation with OnlySeeker outside of support@onlyseeker.io is not authorized by OnlySeeker and must be treated as fraudulent.

OnlySeeker disclaims any and all responsibility for losses, damages, or communications resulting from interactions with accounts, channels, websites, or individuals falsely claiming affiliation with OnlySeeker. By using the Service, you agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any party claiming to represent OnlySeeker before sharing any information or taking any action based on such communication.

17. Acuerdo completo

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlySeeker regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
